1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if our products don’t love your skin like a cozy blanket on a chilly night, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. No Returns Needed: Since our products are cosmetic in nature, we understand you need to use them to know how they work for you. Therefore, there’s no need to return the product to receive your refund.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, simply contact our customer support team at hello@tilbatallow.com.au with your order details. We’ll process your refund request promptly. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

4. Conditions: Refunds are not available for bulk purchases or for any orders exceeding $150. Additionally, to ensure the integrity of our products, we ask that you only use them as directed.
