Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

At Tilba Tallow, we appreciate your support and understanding as we work to provide you with our high-quality tallow-based products. Our pre-order system allows you to reserve items that are currently out of stock, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our cancellation policy.

How It Works:

1. Cancellation Window: You may cancel your pre-order up to 24 hours before the specified shipping date for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as we begin preparing your order for fulfilment.

2. How to Cancel: To cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer support team at hello@tilbatallow.com.au within the specified cancellation window. Provide your order details, and we’ll process your cancellation promptly.

3. Refund Process: If you cancel your pre-order within the allowed timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

4. After the Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel your pre-order less than 24 hours before the specified shipping date, we may not be able to provide a refund, as we will have already started preparing your order for fulfilment.
